Vacuum Injection Molding Machine VI-V(S)-SPR SERIES

Reduction of air defects and shortening of the molding cycle

As a measure to prevent defective products caused by the entrapment of air specific to rubber during the injection molding of rubber, "vacuum drawing inside the mold" is implemented. However, as the complexity of molded products, such as automotive parts, increases, the structure of the molds becomes more complicated, which affects mold design in order to maintain sealing within the mold. Additionally, there are many challenges, such as increased mold manufacturing costs and the inability to set vacuum packing inside the mold due to the presence of cores. This machine, developed by Mazda, which has a rich track record with rubber injection molding machines, resolves all these issues at once by making the entire clamping device a box-shaped vacuum case. It can be installed using the currently used molds as they are, making it easier to use compared to the kettle-type vacuum case system, and it is an excellent "rigid-type vacuum injection molding machine for rubber" with high versatility.

Vacuum Injection Molding Machine for Rubber 'VS3 Series'

Significantly reduced air defects in molded products! A vacuum injection molding machine for rubber with improved operability due to its low height.

Matsuda Seisakusho's "VS3 Series" is a vacuum injection molding machine for rubber that significantly reduces air defects in molded products by creating a vacuum around the mold. The working height is 101mm lower compared to our conventional machines, eliminating the need for a workbench and enhancing work safety. By adopting a pump with rotational speed control using an IPM motor and high-performance insulation plates, it contributes to a significant reduction in power consumption. 【Features】 ■ Reduction of defect rates ■ Low height, space-saving ■ Energy-saving ■ Shortened molding cycle ■ Improved maintenance workability *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
